Cauliflower fry
Cauliflower fry made using minimum ingredients and shallow fried.
Can be served as snacks or with rice.
Serves- 3
Preparation time - 30 minutes.
Watch time - 1min 11sec
Ingredients
 Cauliflower  1 cup (20 pieces)
 Semolina  1/2 cup
 Chilly powder 1 tsp
 Gram flour 2 tbsp
 Salt 1/2 tsp
 Asafoetida  1/4 tsp
 Oil  1 tbsp
 Water 2 to 3 tbsp
Method


  1. In a vessel add salt,chilly powder,gram flour and little water.
  2. Mix well, make it little thick consistency.
  3. Now add cauliflower pieces and give it a good mix.
  4. One by one dip the cauliflower in semolina(rava) and place them on hot tawa.
  5. Add some oil,close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  6. After 2 minutes, flip the cauliflower and again cook for 1 minute.
  7. Ready to serve.
  8. You can serve this with tomato sauce as snack or with rice and curd.
