Cauliflower fry |
Can be served as snacks or with rice.
Serves- 3

Ingredients
Cauliflower | 1 cup (20 pieces) |
Semolina | 1/2 cup |
Chilly powder | 1 tsp |
Gram flour | 2 tbsp |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Asafoetida | 1/4 tsp |
Oil | 1 tbsp |
Water | 2 to 3 tbsp |
- In a vessel add salt,chilly powder,gram flour and little water.
- Mix well, make it little thick consistency.
- Now add cauliflower pieces and give it a good mix.
- One by one dip the cauliflower in semolina(rava) and place them on hot tawa.
- Add some oil,close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- After 2 minutes, flip the cauliflower and again cook for 1 minute.
- Ready to serve.
- You can serve this with tomato sauce as snack or with rice and curd.
