Bimbul Gojju with rice porridge

Bimbul Gojju
Bimbul gojju, bilimbi is mashed and then mixed with crushed garlic, green chilly.
This is the easy-peasy recipe. Goes great with rice porridge.
Preparation time- 10 to 15min
Ingredients
  1. Bilimbi - 6 to 8 
  2. Green chilly - 2
  3. Garlic - 2
  4. Salt powder - ½ tsp
  5. Coconut oil - 2 tsp
Method (YouTube video 1 minute 52 seconds)
  1. In a cooker add little water and place a pressure cooker stand.
  2. Take 6-8 bilimbi in a container, wash it drain the water and place it on the cooker stand( do not add water to bilimbi).
  3. On high flame, pressure cook for one whistle.
  4. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down.
  5. In a crusher, add 2 green chilly, 2 garlic and ½ tsp salt crush it well.
  6. Add the crushed paste into a bowl along with it add the steamed bilimbi.
  7. Mash them together, if required pour little water.
  8. Before serving pour 2 tsp coconut oil and serve with rice porridge or with rice as side dish.
