Bimbul gojju, bilimbi is mashed and then mixed with crushed garlic, green chilly.
This is the easy-peasy recipe. Goes great with rice porridge.
Preparation time- 10 to 15min
Ingredients
- Bilimbi - 6 to 8
- Green chilly - 2
- Garlic - 2
- Salt powder - ½ tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp

- In a cooker add little water and place a pressure cooker stand.
- Take 6-8 bilimbi in a container, wash it drain the water and place it on the cooker stand( do not add water to bilimbi).
- On high flame, pressure cook for one whistle.
- Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down.
- In a crusher, add 2 green chilly, 2 garlic and ½ tsp salt crush it well.
- Add the crushed paste into a bowl along with it add the steamed bilimbi.
- Mash them together, if required pour little water.
- Before serving pour 2 tsp coconut oil and serve with rice porridge or with rice as side dish.
