Radish spicy dosa
Radish crispy spicy dosa is no onion no garlic dish. It is made by crushing/grating the radish and binding it with other spices. Sanna polo are usually made tiny round dosa's, the size of dosa depends on you if you like small one's go for it.
There are also other type of sanna polo(dosa) which are made by grinding rice, coconut etc which is time consuming. This recipe is the simpler one which can be prepared in 15 minutes. Goes good with rice and curd or with dal(dalithoy) curry and rice. Try the recipe and let us know in comment section.

Note: Once you mix all the ingredients do not keep the batter for long. For super crispy add rice rava. 

Serves: 8 to 10 dosa

Ingredients

  1. Radish - 3
  2. Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  3. Spicy chilly powder - 1⁄2 tsp 
  4. Asafetida powder - 1⁄2 tsp
  5. Semolina or rice rava - 1⁄2 cup 
  6. Corn flour or Gram flour - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - 1 tsp
  8. Oil to apply over dosa

Method

  1. Wash and peel 3 radish.
  2. Crush using a crusher or grate using a grater.
  3. Add 1 tbsp kashmiri chilly powder, 1⁄2 tsp spicy chilly powder, 1⁄2 tsp asafetida powder, 1⁄2 cup semolina, 1 tsp corn flour, salt as per taste mix well.
  4. Heat a pan, apply oil and take small amount of batter spread and make thin layer of it. Pour 1 to 2 tsp of oil on edge. Cook for a minute on low flame.
  5. Pour 1 tsp oil, flip and cook for another minute
  6. Serve hot with rice and curd or with daalithoy(dal curry)
