Potato Tawa Fry |

You can eat this as snack or with rice as sides.
Note: Once you peel the potato use it as soon as possible. If there is any delay make sure you keep it in water to avoid blackening.

Ingredients
- Potato - 4 (250 gram)
- Kashmiri chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Spicy chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Asafoetida powder - ½ tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Water - ¼ cup (add less water)
- Bombay rava - ½ cup
- Oil - 5 to 6 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl, add both chilly powder, salt, asafoetida, little water and give it a good mix. Add little litlle water and make thick paste.
- Peel the potato skin, make medium thick slice and marinate with the paste. Keep aside for 5 min.
- Heat a tawa, add few drops of oil and spread the oil all over the tawa.
- Dip the marinated potato in bombay rava and place it on tawa.
- Close lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
- Poke and check whether it has cooked well. Flip and pour few drops of oil and cook on low flame for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice and Daalithoy(dal curry)
