Ingredients
Ripe Nendran Banana - 150 gram
Water - ¼ cup
Salt powder - ¼ tsp
Green chilli - 1 (spicy)
Jaggery - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Red dry chilli - 1 broken
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Method
Peel the ripe nendran banana. Chop them into small pieces. Add them in a bowl keep aside.
In a mortar pestle, add 1 green chilli, salt, jaggery. Grind to smooth paste, add little water if required.
Add the paste to chopped banana and mash it well. Add water if required and make semi thick consistency.
Now temper it with ghee, mustard seeds, broken red chilli, curry leaves.
