Gujjo made from raw jackfruit |
Gujjo is a curry made from raw jackfruit with coconut based masala like red chilli, tamarind, coriander seeds and garlic.
This is a monsoon recipe made from raw jackfruit. After brining raw jackfruit, the remaining parts are often wasted. So we use those parts such as broken jackfruit seed, broken bulbs, rags and so on to make this delicious dish. I just love eating this curry as it is!
