Serves - 5
Ingredients:
- Rock salt - ½ tbsp
- Green chilli - 2(less spicy chilli)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp (jeera)
- Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
- Freshly grated coconut - 3 handful (half coconut)
- Jaggery - 50 gram approx
- Thin flattened rice - 250 gram approx
Method:
In a mixer or mortar pestle add ½ tbsp salt, 2 green chilli and pound it. Then add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 3 tbsp coriander seeds pound it. Add 3 handful freshly grated coconut and 50 gram jaggery crush it well. You can also use mixer grinder but do not add the jaggery. Grate the jaggery separately as jaggery leaves water if you grind in mixer grinder.
Transfer it to a bowl and add 3 handful thin flattened rice and mix well. Ready to serve.
